‘Doubles’ to feature Nadhiya

Finally the long wait for many in Mollywood to see another movie of Nadhiya Moidhu, the star heroine of the eighties, in Malayalam will prove fruitful next year. The actress has agreed to be in the new movie named ‘Doubles’ where she will portray the role of the twin sister to character played by Megastar Mammootty. Many will remember that Nadhiya had been the integral part of the many hit Mammootty movies of the time like Syama and ‘Poovinu Puthiya Poonthennal’.

To be directed by debutante Sohan Sinulal, an associate of Shafi and Siddique, ‘Doubles’ will be produced by Narayanadas in the banner of Creative team. Hit scriptwriters of ‘Chocolate’, Sachi and Sethu will write the scripts for this movie which will also feature Salimkumar, Suraj Venjaaramoodu and Bijukuttan.
